Have self esteem.
Basically for me it is important to have self esteem and I never underestimate myself which I love it.
I would recommend to my readers also to never underestimate yourself and you can do it.
REFLECT TIME
Try to keep calm and remember the past and happy moments. By remembering may your mood change and you be capable to stand yourself. Try to stand in front of the mirror and look your image. Don’t feel sad or regret cz you is you. Don’t let the world change you.
